The car horn is obnoxious. Yeah, I find it useful and use it quite often to get my point across, but couldn't you have a little fun with it. I mean, you put so much time and thought into every single detail of the car, down to how the interior lights look, but the horn is always the same. I don't know if it's a standards thing, but does it always have to be the same. It just seems like a last minute detail that's just thrown in because you have to have it. Have a little fun with it!
I don't think I'm asking for too much. I don't want a freaking song whenever I honk my horn. I would however like maybe a different note or a friendlier sound. Something that doesn't make me sound too terrible rude, I'm not honking out of anger (for the most part). Just think it over and get back to me. Thanks!

030310 playlist
I'm not a DJ, nor should I ever be. I have certain songs on repeat for weeks on end and I like it. These "Not so daily" playlists are just the songs from that day that I either discovered, rediscovered, can't get out of my head or just randomly had to hear. I write them down through out the day and put together a playlist later. A lot of the same bands will reoccur frequently, because I can't help myself.

Jennifer's Body... really?
"Hell is a teenage girl"
Bahahahaha! The first line of the movie had me laughing out loud.
Normally, I wouldn't watch any movie that is remotely scary at all (thanks Sixth Sense... I still have a night light at 21), but I was talked into it. It's awesome in a "that was so bad that it's funny" kind of way. The movie would have honestly scared me if it weren't for the hilarious lines and awkward music selection. I'm pretty sure Megan Fox's character at one plot was referred to as "freak tarded." I mean it was from the creators of Juno, so the lines were a little too much at times. I mean really? you're dying... not the time to be talking about boobs.
The soundtrack was probably the best part of the whole movie. I actually enjoyed the music that they picked, so much so that at one point, I completely forgot I was watching a horror film.
This whole comedy horror thing is strange to me.
This song came on after the "epic" break up scene... REALLY?

“You’ve gotta listen to this one song, it’ll change your life” (Garden State)
Ten songs that make me feel that way (and I'm limiting myself to ten because this list could go on forever... but I have thought very hard about the ten that are listed)... they are in no particular order
One Crowded Hour (Single Mix) – Augie March (I heard this song for the first time just about a year ago... and according to my iTunes I've listened to this song on my laptop 94 times and it has yet to get old... that's not counting listening to it on my ipod)
Happy Ending – Mika (I originally put Any Other World by Mika here but changed it last minute)
Land of a Thousand Words – Scissor Sisters (another slow sad song... sorry it's a good one)
Heartbeats – The Knife (first heard the cover of this song by Jose Gonzalez on a commercial and then randomly heard this version while waiting for a concert to start)
We Used to Vacation – Cold War Kids (insane!!! By far one of my favorite songs ever)
Woman King – Iron & Wine (a little bit different than the others)
You Are the One – Shiny Toy Guns (this gets stuck in my head so much)
Dying Is Fine – Ra Ra Riot – BUT and this is a really really big but… only the older version – it was way more intense. i haven't heard it since high school (yes they have an original version but I can’t find it and it’s bugging the crap out of me – they changed it for their album)
Golden Slumbers – The Beatles
Postcards from Italy – Beirut (89 plays on my iTunes and so many more listening in my car)

after years of being completely indecisive i've finally come to a decision... favorite band: Cold War Kids
favorite song: Ottoman by Vampire Weekend
no longer when people ask me what my favorite band is will i stutter and throw out some random band names
all though... knowing me, this will probably change tomorrow
